FM delivered a structured and future ready infrastructure plan for Houk AC’s new facility, covering network backbone, Wi Fi coverage, surveillance, and access control deployment. The team provided MDF electrical requirements, identified warehouse IDF locations, coordinated rack and UPS specifications, and aligned responsibilities with Arco and Landon to ensure a smooth install path. As construction progressed, FM updated drawings to incorporate additional data drops and connection points for key operational areas such as storage spaces and conference environments. FM also supported access control permitting, hardware limitation planning, and change order documentation where additional doors and gate access requirements were identified. To complete the deployment, FM moved into commissioning and end user enablement, providing Unifi Access and Protect training along with follow up support to ensure confident day one operation.
